For those of you who read my last blog on the frustration I experienced with macys.com, here is the resolution:
I was contacted by macys.com, again offered apologies, and was told that for my inconvenience, I was being sent a Macy’s gift card for $100! They now have a fully satisfied customer but I will not shop via their website again!

That is amazing!
Not so amazing; getting to the right person (manager of the store) and having him be the right kind of leader (attentive and action-oriented) was lucky. But I’ve always said that you have to get to someone who has the power to activate a change.
